Refund and Cancellation policy

We have ensured to list the correct pricing of our products on our website, and prices may vary from time to time. The price of an item includes GST and other taxes at the current prevailing rates. If we find any error in the items ordered by you, we will inform you at the earliest via email. If we are unable to reach out to you, we will mark the order as canceled. You will receive a 100% refund when the order is canceled from our end due to any pricing error or out of quantity issue.

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Cancellation Before Shipment:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can avail the below modes for cancellation. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

We offer a 7 days return policy on damaged product. The request procedure for Return is same as that for cancellation of order.
